Refund policy

We accept returns on all standard items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made orders are non-returnable unless there is a defect in the product. If your custom item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.
